  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup ketchup (for glaze)
  • 1 tablespoon chili sauce (for glaze)
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup (for glaze)
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce (for glaze)
  • Salt and pepper (to taste for glaze)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Sauté diced green bell pepper and onion in olive oil until soft, about 3-4 minutes; set aside to cool.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, beaten egg, breadcrumbs, ketchup, remaining olive oil, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Gently fold in cooled vegetables.
