  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1/2 tablespoon sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup dashi broth
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 stalk green onion (diced)
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Prep the enoki mushrooms by dividing them into small bunches and rolling each with one slice of beef to form individual rolls.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine dashi broth, mirin, soy sauce, sugar, and black pepper; stir until the sugar dissolves.
  3. In a skillet over medium heat, heat olive oil and sauté sliced onions until browned (about 3-5 minutes).
  4. Place beef rolls in the skillet over onions and drizzle with the prepared sauce. Cover and cook for 3 minutes.
  5. Flip the rolls gently using tongs or a spatula and cook for another 1-2 minutes until fully cooked.
