Ingredients
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 3 cups chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- ¼ cup heavy cream
- 2 packs ramen noodles
- 1 green onion, chopped (for garnish)
- 1 teaspoon chili oil (optional, for extra heat)
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine chili powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Coat the chicken with this spice mixture and let it sit for 15 minutes.
- Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the chicken for 5–7 minutes per side until cooked through. Allow resting before slicing.
- In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt butter and sauté minced garlic until fragrant. Stir in heavy cream and let it thicken slightly.
- Boil water in a large pot and cook ramen noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In the same pot, heat sesame oil and sauté garlic until aromatic. Add chicken broth and soy sauce; simmer for 5–7 minutes.
- Divide cooked noodles into bowls; pour spicy broth over them. Top with sliced chicken and drizzle with creamy garlic sauce.
- Garnish with chopped green onions and chili oil if desired.
