  • 2 packs ramen noodles
  • 1 green onion, chopped (for garnish)
  • 1 teaspoon chili oil (optional, for extra heat)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine chili powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Coat the chicken with this spice mixture and let it sit for 15 minutes.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the chicken for 5–7 minutes per side until cooked through. Allow resting before slicing.
  3. In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt butter and sauté minced garlic until fragrant. Stir in heavy cream and let it thicken slightly.
  4. Boil water in a large pot and cook ramen noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  5. In the same pot, heat sesame oil and sauté garlic until aromatic. Add chicken broth and soy sauce; simmer for 5–7 minutes.
  6. Divide cooked noodles into bowls; pour spicy broth over them. Top with sliced chicken and drizzle with creamy garlic sauce.
