Ingredients
- 18 Oreos, finely crushed
- 3 tablespoons butter, melted
- 2 Symphony bars (4.25 oz each)
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 cup heavy cream, whipped
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). In a mixing bowl, combine crushed Oreos and melted butter until blended. Press into a 9-inch pie plate and bake for 8-10 minutes. Allow to cool completely.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt Symphony bars with milk at 50% power until smooth; let cool slightly.
- Whip cream to stiff peaks in another bowl; gently fold into cooled chocolate mixture.
- Pour filling into cooled crust and freeze for at least 3 hours before serving.
