Ingredients
- 2 cups full-fat Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup (or honey)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup sliced strawberries
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 1/4 cup granola
- 2–3 tablespoons unsweetened coconut flakes
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Line a 9×13-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, mix Greek yogurt, maple syrup, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared dish and spread evenly to about 1/4 inch thick.
- Sprinkle toppings over the yogurt layer and gently press down.
- Freeze for at least 3 hours, ideally overnight, until solid.
- Break into pieces and serve chilled.
