- 8 oz strawberries
- 2 kiwis
- 1/2 mango
- 1 tsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar (for cinnamon chips)
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 6 flour tortillas
- 2 tbsp butter (melted)
- 1/4 pineapple
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Wash and cut the strawberries, kiwis, mango, and pineapple into uniform cubes.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the fruits with lemon juice and sugar; gently mix.
- Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to serve.
- Cut tortillas into triangles and toss with melted butter, sugar, and cinnamon in a separate bowl.
- Place the coated tortilla pieces on baking sheets and bake for about 3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Serve the chilled fruit salsa with warm cinnamon chips.
