- 2 pounds frozen southern-style hash browns
- 2 tablespoons minced onions (frozen)
- 2 cups sour cream
- 10.5 oz cream of chicken soup
- 4 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 1/2 cups crushed corn flakes
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Spray a 9×13 casserole dish with nonstick cooking spray.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine frozen hash browns and minced onions.
- Add sour cream, cream of chicken soup, melted butter, salt, and cheddar cheese; mix well.
- Pour into the prepared casserole dish.
- In another bowl, mix crushed corn flakes with melted butter and sprinkle over the casserole.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
