Ingredients
- 1 lb cheese tortellini (refrigerated or frozen)
- 1/2 lb ground beef
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Cook the tortellini according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked; drain excess fat.
- Add butter and minced garlic to the skillet, cooking until fragrant (about 1 minute).
- Pour in heavy cream and let it simmer for a few minutes until slightly thickened.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Add spinach and cook until wilted.
- Combine cooked tortellini with the creamy sauce and mix thoroughly.
