Ingredients
- 3 ears of corn (cut into 2-inch pieces)
- 3 tablespoons salted butter (melted)
- 1 teaspoon parsley leaves (chopped)
- 1 clove garlic (finely minced)
- 1 tablespoon honey
- Paprika (optional)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine melted butter, chopped parsley, minced garlic, and honey until well blended.
- Bring a pot of water to boil and cook the corn pieces for about 5 minutes until tender. Drain carefully.
- Brush each ear of corn generously with the garlic-herb butter mixture.
- Heat a cast-iron grill pan over high heat and roast the corn for about 5 minutes or until charred on all sides.
- If desired, sprinkle paprika over the roasted corn before serving.
