  • 12 large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 big garlic cloves, cut into slivers
  • ¾ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • ½ teaspoon cumin
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Slice the baguette into 10-12 pieces (½ inch thick) and arrange on the baking sheet.
  3. Mix 3 tablespoons olive oil with garlic powder; brush onto both sides of baguette slices.
  4. Bake for 10-15 minutes until golden and crispy.
  5. In a bowl, mash avocado with lime juice, salt, and pepper until smooth but slightly chunky.
  6. Heat remaining olive oil in a skillet; add garlic slivers for 2 minutes.
  7. Add shrimp and spices, cooking until pink and opaque (3-5 minutes).
