Ingredients
- 4 firm ripe pears
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
- 50 grams walnuts, chopped
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- Pinch of vanilla sugar
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Wash, peel, and halve the pears, removing the core.
- In an oven-safe pan, melt the butter over medium heat and place the pear halves cut-side down.
- In a bowl, mix honey, brown sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla sugar; drizzle this mixture over the pears.
- Sprinkle chopped walnuts on top.
- Bake for about 20 minutes until the pears are tender and caramelized.
