- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup panko bread crumbs
- 1 egg
- 2 stalks green onion (sliced)
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp minced ginger
- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- 1/2 cup vegetable stock
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp hoisin sauce
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, panko bread crumbs, egg, sliced green onion, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and mix well.
- Form small meatballs and coat them in cornstarch.
- Heat oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat and cook meatballs until browned. Drain on paper towels.
- In the same pan, combine vegetable stock, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, honey, and hoisin sauce. Add meatballs and simmer for about 8 minutes.
- Prepare ramen according to package instructions.
- Serve ramen topped with meatballs and garnished with sliced green chilis, green onions, and black sesame seeds.
