  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup panko bread crumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 2 stalks green onion (sliced)
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1 tsp minced ginger
  • 1/4 cup cornstarch
  • 1/2 cup vegetable stock
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp hoisin sauce

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, panko bread crumbs, egg, sliced green onion, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and mix well.
  2. Form small meatballs and coat them in cornstarch.
  3. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat and cook meatballs until browned. Drain on paper towels.
  4. In the same pan, combine vegetable stock, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, honey, and hoisin sauce. Add meatballs and simmer for about 8 minutes.
  5. Prepare ramen according to package instructions.
  6. Serve ramen topped with meatballs and garnished with sliced green chilis, green onions, and black sesame seeds.
