Instructions
- Cook the turkey bacon in a medium saucepan over medium-high heat until crispy.
- Add the chopped onion and sauté until softened.
- Stir in green beans, diced potatoes, savory, salt, pepper, and stock; mix well.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer until vegetables are tender.
- Purée one-third of the soup using an immersion blender; return to the pot.
- Stir in sour cream until fully combined.
- Adjust seasoning if needed; reheat gently without boiling.
- Garnish with parsley or additional turkey bacon bits before serving.
