Ingredients
- 1 block cream cheese (softened)
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 tbsp garlic (minced)
- 1 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese (shredded)
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese (shredded)
- 1 can artichokes (diced, 8–10 oz)
- 1 bag organic frozen spinach (10 oz, defrosted and squeezed)
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, minced garlic, mozzarella, parmesan, diced artichokes, defrosted spinach, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well until fully incorporated.
- Spread the mixture evenly into a baking dish or cast iron skillet.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly. For a golden top, broil for an additional 2 minutes.
- Serve warm with chips, fresh vegetables, or on gluten-free crackers.
