  • 2 tablespoons Gochujang (Korean Red Chili Pepper Paste)
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 4 tablespoons salted butter
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • ½ cup shredded cheese (parmesan or cheddar)
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • Optional: black pepper and chopped parsley for garnish
