Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a pie plate or a 9-inch springform pan.
- In a heat-safe bowl, melt the butter with 2 cups of chocolate chips until smooth using a double boiler or microwave.
- In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs with sugar and vanilla until pale and fluffy.
- Mix in the cooled melted chocolate until fully incorporated.
- Gently fold in flour, baking powder, and salt until just combined.
- Fold in the remaining chocolate chips.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and smooth it out evenly.
- Bake for 35 to 40 minutes until the edges are set and the center remains soft.
- Allow to cool completely before slicing.
