- 1 lb ground lamb
- 1 red onion, shredded
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1 egg
- 3/4 cup seasoned Panko breadcrumbs
- 1/2 tbsp fresh mint
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1/2 tsp coriander
- 1/4 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/2 English cucumber, finely grated
- 1 cup Greek yogurt, whole milk
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
- 1–2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to broil.
- In a mixing bowl, combine ground lamb, shredded onion, minced garlic, crumbled feta, egg, Panko breadcrumbs, mint, parsley, oregano, coriander, cumin, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined.
- Roll mixture into 2–3 tablespoon-sized meatballs (about 15 total).
- Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet and broil for 15–20 minutes until browned and cooked through.
- For tzatziki sauce: Grate cucumber and squeeze out excess liquid. In another bowl, mix grated cucumber with Greek yogurt, lemon juice, dill, minced garlic (to taste), and salt.
- Serve meatballs with tzatziki sauce and enjoy!
