  • 1 red onion, shredded
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1 egg
  • 3/4 cup seasoned Panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 tbsp fresh mint
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1/2 tsp coriander
  • 1/4 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 English cucumber, finely grated
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt, whole milk
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
  • 12 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to broil.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine ground lamb, shredded onion, minced garlic, crumbled feta, egg, Panko breadcrumbs, mint, parsley, oregano, coriander, cumin, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined.
  3. Roll mixture into 2–3 tablespoon-sized meatballs (about 15 total).
  4. Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet and broil for 15–20 minutes until browned and cooked through.
  5. For tzatziki sauce: Grate cucumber and squeeze out excess liquid. In another bowl, mix grated cucumber with Greek yogurt, lemon juice, dill, minced garlic (to taste), and salt.
  6. Serve meatballs with tzatziki sauce and enjoy!
