- 1 medium green cabbage (shredded)
- 3 medium cucumbers (sliced)
- 4–5 green onions (chopped)
- 1 bunch fresh dill (chopped)
- 6 tablespoons sunflower oil
- 4 tablespoons distilled white vinegar
- 1 teaspoon fine salt (or to taste)
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper (or to taste)
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley (finely chopped)
Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix sunflower oil, vinegar, salt, and pepper to create the dressing.
- Wash all vegetables thoroughly and pat dry.
- Shred the cabbage using a mandolin slicer or knife and place in a large bowl.
- Halve cucumbers lengthwise and slice thinly.
- Chop green onions and dill; add to the bowl with cabbage.
- Drizzle dressing over the salad ingredients and toss gently to combine.
- Serve immediately or chill for 2 hours before serving.
