- 1 cup brewed green tea, cooled
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons honey (or maple syrup for a vegan option)
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
- 3 tablespoons unflavored vegan gelatin (or agar-agar)
- 1/4 cup hot water
Instructions
- Prepare your ingredients by brewing the green tea and letting it cool.
- In a saucepan, mix cooled green tea, lemon juice, honey (or maple syrup), and grated ginger until well combined.
- In a small bowl, dissolve vegan gelatin (or agar-agar) in hot water. Stir until fully dissolved and add to the saucepan.
- Mix everything on low heat until thoroughly combined; avoid boiling.
- Pour the mixture into silicone gummy molds, filling each cavity.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until set. Once firm, gently pop out the gummies.
