Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds top sirloin steak
- 2/3 cup soy sauce
- 6 minced garlic cloves
- 1/4 cup sesame oil
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon grated ginger
- Assorted bell peppers (red, green, yellow)
- Red onion
Instructions
- Cut the steak into one-inch cubes for even grilling.
- In a large bowl, whisk together soy sauce, minced garlic, sesame oil, olive oil, sugar, grated ginger, and sesame seeds.
- Add cubed steak to the marinade and toss well. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours or overnight.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Assemble skewers by alternating marinated steak cubes with pieces of red onion and bell peppers.
- Grill skewers for about 8-10 minutes until desired doneness is reached.
