- Grilled chicken breasts

Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together melted honey, dijon mustard, lemon juice or vinegar, avocado oil, and sea salt to make the dressing. Set aside.
- Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Grill the chicken over medium-high heat for 6-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked. Let rest before slicing.
- In a large bowl, layer romaine lettuce with cherry tomatoes, red onion slices, cucumber slices, avocado slices, chopped turkey bacon, hard-boiled eggs, and sliced grilled chicken.
- Drizzle the honey dijon dressing over the salad just before serving.
