Ingredients
- ¾ cup freshly squeezed orange juice
- ½ cup red apple vinegar
- ½ cup minced green onions
- ¼ cup honey
- 6 medium garlic cloves, minced
- 4 large boneless skinless chicken breasts
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- In a large zip bag, combine orange juice, red apple vinegar, green onions, honey, garlic, orange zest, Dijon mustard, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Mix well.
- Add chicken breasts to the marinade and seal the bag. Refrigerate for 2 to 4 hours.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Remove chicken from marinade and discard leftover marinade. Grill chicken for about 15-20 minutes until cooked through.
- Allow chicken to rest briefly before serving. Garnish with chopped parsley.
