- 4 bell peppers
- Olive oil
- Salt and pepper
- 2 tablespoons red apple vinegar
- 2 garlic cloves (minced)

- 3 slices sourdough bread (torn into pieces)
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 ball burrata cheese (8 ounces)
- Fresh herbs (thyme, basil, rosemary)
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (around 500°F).
- Slice the bell peppers in half and remove seeds. Brush with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Whisk together red apple vinegar, minced garlic, crushed red pepper flakes, salt, pepper, and olive oil in a bowl.
- In a skillet, melt butter and toast torn sourdough until golden brown.
- Grill the peppers cut side down for about 5-6 minutes; flip and grill for another 5 minutes.
- Assemble by marinating grilled peppers in vinaigrette, topping with burrata, sourdough crumbs, and fresh herbs.
