  • 3 slices sourdough bread (torn into pieces)
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 ball burrata cheese (8 ounces)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (around 500°F).
  2. Slice the bell peppers in half and remove seeds. Brush with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Whisk together red apple vinegar, minced garlic, crushed red pepper flakes, salt, pepper, and olive oil in a bowl.
  4. In a skillet, melt butter and toast torn sourdough until golden brown.
  5. Grill the peppers cut side down for about 5-6 minutes; flip and grill for another 5 minutes.
