- 1 teaspoon sea salt
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, honey, lemon juice, minced garlic, smoked paprika, and salt.
- Place scallops in a zip-top bag with the marinade; seal and refrigerate for 1 hour.
- Preheat the grill on medium-high heat; brush grates with olive oil.
- Skewer marinated scallops on six skewers.
- Grill for about 2-3 minutes on each side until opaque and marked.
- Serve warm garnished with black pepper and parsley.
