  • 20 oz beef steak (sirloin or ribeye recommended)
  • 8 oz mushrooms
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup white apple vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • Fresh ground black pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cut the beef steak into 1.5-inch cubes.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together olive oil, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Place steak in a Ziploc bag, pour in the marinade, seal, and refrigerate for one hour.
  4. Wash mushrooms and let them air-dry.
  5. After marinating the steak for an hour, add mushrooms to the bag and marinate for another hour.
  6. Preheat the grill to high heat and prepare skewers by threading marinated steak and mushrooms.
  7. Grill kabobs for about 3-4 minutes per side until desired doneness is reached.
  8. Let kabobs rest for 1-2 minutes before serving with chopped parsley as garnish.
