- 20 oz beef steak (sirloin or ribeye recommended)
- 8 oz mushrooms
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup white apple vinegar
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- Fresh ground black pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cut the beef steak into 1.5-inch cubes.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together olive oil, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Place steak in a Ziploc bag, pour in the marinade, seal, and refrigerate for one hour.
- Wash mushrooms and let them air-dry.
- After marinating the steak for an hour, add mushrooms to the bag and marinate for another hour.
- Preheat the grill to high heat and prepare skewers by threading marinated steak and mushrooms.
- Grill kabobs for about 3-4 minutes per side until desired doneness is reached.
- Let kabobs rest for 1-2 minutes before serving with chopped parsley as garnish.
