  • 1.5 lbs beef steak (sirloin or ribeye), cubed
  • 1 lb medium to large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 red bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 medium zucchini, sliced into rounds
  • 1 medium red onion, cut into wedges
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cut the beef steak into bite-sized cubes and chop the bell peppers and zucchini.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to create a marinade.
  3. Marinate the steak and shrimp separately in the marinade for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
