- 1.5 lbs beef steak (sirloin or ribeye), cubed
- 1 lb medium to large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 red bell pepper, chopped
- 1 yellow bell pepper, chopped
- 1 medium zucchini, sliced into rounds
- 1 medium red onion, cut into wedges
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cut the beef steak into bite-sized cubes and chop the bell peppers and zucchini.
- In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to create a marinade.
- Marinate the steak and shrimp separately in the marinade for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
- Skewer alternating pieces of beef, shrimp, bell peppers, zucchini, and onion on skewers.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (400°F).
- Grill the kabobs for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally until the steak reaches desired doneness and shrimp is opaque.
