- 3 medium sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into wedges

- ¾ cup Greek yogurt
- 4 green onions, chopped
- ¼ cup fresh dill, plus more for garnish
- 2 garlic cloves, smashed
- 10 fresh basil leaves
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Toss sweet potato wedges with olive oil and salt on a large sheet pan.
- Place the wedges on the grill, cut side down, and grill for about 15 minutes, turning every 2-3 minutes until tender.
- In a blender, combine Greek yogurt, green onions, dill, garlic, basil, lemon juice, and remaining salt; blend until smooth.
- Serve grilled sweet potatoes drizzled with the yogurt dressing and garnish with fresh herbs.
