Ingredients
- 1 package Red Velvet Oreos (22 cookies)
- 4 oz cream cheese
- 7 oz green candy melts
- Red heart sprinkles
Instructions
- Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a food processor, pulse the Red Velvet Oreos into fine crumbs. Add cream cheese and mix until you have a soft dough.
- Scoop out tablespoon-sized portions and roll them into balls. Place on the prepared baking sheet and freeze for 30 minutes.
- Melt the green candy melts in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second increments until smooth.
- Dip each truffle into the melted candy coating using a chocolate dipping fork, then return them to the baking sheet.
- Drizzle extra melted candy over the truffles and immediately add red heart sprinkles before they set.
- Refrigerate for 10-15 minutes until fully set.
