- 2 pounds boneless skinless chicken thighs (or chicken breasts)
- ½ cup harissa
- ¼ cup honey
- 5 cloves garlic (minced)
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (204°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Pat the chicken dry and season with salt and pepper.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together harissa, garlic, lemon juice, and honey.
- Add the chicken to the marinade, ensuring it's well coated. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Arrange the marinated chicken on the baking sheet and brush with remaining marinade.
- Bake for 13-15 minutes or until an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) is reached.
- Let rest for 10 minutes before serving.
