Ingredients
- 1 30-oz can fruit cocktail in juice
- 1 20-oz can pineapple chunks in juice
- 1 8-oz can mandarin orange slices
- 1 10-oz bag mini marshmallows
- 1 24-oz container of sour cream
- 1 box orange flavored vegan gelatin
- Optional garnish: 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped
Instructions
- Drain the canned fruits in a colander for at least four hours to remove excess juice.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine sour cream and orange Jello powder until smooth.
- Gently fold in the drained fruit and mini marshmallows until everything is well coated.
- Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least one hour (preferably four hours or overnight) to enhance flavors.
- Serve chilled, giving it a gentle stir before presenting.
