Ingredients
- 1 ½ lbs top sirloin
- ½ cup Soy Vay® Island Teriyaki Marinade & Sauce
- 1 red pepper
- 1 green pepper
- 2 lbs pineapple
- 1 small red onion
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
- Fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- Cut steak into 1.5-inch cubes and marinate in teriyaki sauce for at least three hours.
- Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes.
- Chop red pepper, green pepper, and onion into large squares; cut pineapple into wedges.
- Toss vegetables and pineapple with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Thread steak, pineapple, and veggies onto skewers in an alternating pattern.
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat; cook until beef reaches an internal temperature of 145ºF.
