  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley (minced)
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1/4 tsp coriander
  • 1/8 tsp allspice

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef (or turkey), egg, lemon zest, parsley, garlic, oregano, salt, cumin, pepper, coriander, and allspice. Mix until just combined.
  3. Roll the mixture into meatballs about one inch in diameter and place them on a baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray.
