- 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup marshmallow fluff
- 2 cups whipped topping
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter; press into the bottom of a pie dish or springform pan. Bake for 10 minutes until golden brown and let cool.
- In a large bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add powdered sugar while mixing on low speed. Scrape down sides as needed.
- Mix in vanilla extract and fold in marshmallow fluff until fully incorporated.
- Gently fold in whipped topping until mixture is light and fluffy.
- Spread the cheesecake mixture onto the cooled crust and refrigerate for at least four hours or overnight before serving.
