- 1 lb yakisoba or linguine noodles
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon teriyaki sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- Optional: 2 green onions, chopped
Instructions
- Cook the noodles in boiling water until al dente; drain and set aside.
- In a wok or skillet over medium-high heat, melt the butter. Add garlic and ginger; sauté until fragrant (30-60 seconds).
- Combine soy sauce, teriyaki sauce, rice vinegar, and brown sugar in a bowl; whisk well. Pour into the wok and simmer.
- Add cooked noodles to the wok; toss to coat evenly with the sauce. Season with salt and pepper.
- Drizzle with sesame oil, sprinkle sesame seeds on top, and toss again.
- Serve hot, garnished with green onions if desired.
