Ingredients

  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 scoop (30g) unflavored protein powder
  • Pinch of salt
  • ⅔ cup plain unsweetened Greek yogurt
  • 10 tsp cream cheese

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine gluten-free flour, baking powder, protein powder, and salt until mixed.
  2. Add Greek yogurt and stir until a sticky dough forms.
  3. Lightly flour your surface, divide the dough into 10 equal pieces, and roll each into a ball.
  4. Flatten each ball slightly and place about 1 tsp of cream cheese in the center.
  5. Carefully seal each dough piece by folding it over and reshaping it back into a ball.
  6. Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C) for about 5 minutes.
  7. Brush each ball with egg wash or spray lightly with oil; sprinkle Everything But The Bagel seasoning on top if desired.
