Ingredients
- ⅔ cup all-purpose gluten-free flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 scoop (30g) unflavored protein powder
- Pinch of salt
- ⅔ cup plain unsweetened Greek yogurt
- 10 tsp cream cheese
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine gluten-free flour, baking powder, protein powder, and salt until mixed.
- Add Greek yogurt and stir until a sticky dough forms.
- Lightly flour your surface, divide the dough into 10 equal pieces, and roll each into a ball.
- Flatten each ball slightly and place about 1 tsp of cream cheese in the center.
- Carefully seal each dough piece by folding it over and reshaping it back into a ball.
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C) for about 5 minutes.
- Brush each ball with egg wash or spray lightly with oil; sprinkle Everything But The Bagel seasoning on top if desired.
- Air fry for about 5–6 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving warm.
