Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons fresh ginger (peeled and grated)
- 2 ½ ounces lemon juice (freshly squeezed from about 1 lemon)
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons water
- 16 ounces sparkling water
Instructions
- Squeeze the juice from one lemon into a blender.
- Add the grated ginger, honey, and water to the blender and blend until well combined.
- Strain the mixture through a fine strainer into another container to remove solids.
- Pour over ice in serving glasses, top with sparkling water, mix gently, and enjoy!
