- 1 tablespoon melted butter
- 1.5 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 dashes Cajun seasoning
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Rinse the shrimp under cold water and pat dry.
- In a mixing bowl, combine melted butter, honey, lemon juice, Cajun seasoning, and salt; mix well.
- Add the shrimp to the marinade and stir until evenly coated.
- Preheat your grill to high heat.
- Grill the shrimp on direct heat for about 2-3 minutes per side until slightly charred and opaque.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
