Ingredients
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- 6 jalapeño peppers, seeded and minced
- 4 garlic cloves, grated or minced
- 3 pounds bone-in chicken pieces
- Kosher salt and black pepper
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together honey, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, minced jalapeño, grated garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Pour marinade into a ziptop bag or large baking dish. Add chicken pieces and ensure they are well-coated. Seal and refrigerate for at least 20 minutes (or up to overnight).
- Preheat grill to medium heat and lightly oil the grate.
- Grill marinated chicken for about 30 minutes, turning occasionally until golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165°F).
