  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce (for glaze)
  • 1 tablespoon mirin
  • 1 tablespoon cooking sake (or rice apple vinegar)

Instructions

  1. Clean and pat dry chicken wings. Combine marinade ingredients in a bowl and coat wings thoroughly; marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Preheat oven to 400°F (207°C). Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
  3. Bake wings for 10 minutes; remove and brush with glaze. Bake for an additional 20-24 minutes, glazing once more halfway through until golden brown.
