Ingredients
Scale
- 6 to 8 boneless beef chops (about 4 ounces each)
- Salt and fresh ground pepper
- 1/4 cup organic honey
- 2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon white vinegar
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Season both sides of the beef chops with salt and pepper. Place them in a large resealable bag.

- Pour the marinade into the bag with the beef chops, seal it tightly, and marinate for at least one hour at room temperature or longer in the fridge.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Remove the beef from the marinade, shaking off excess liquid. Grill for about 4 to 5 minutes per side until cooked through (145°F to 155°F internal temperature).
