- 4 cups cooked sushi rice
- 1/4 cup rice vinegar
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 package inari age (fried tofu pockets)
Instructions
- In a small saucepan, combine rice vinegar, sugar, and salt. Heat over medium-high until dissolved; then remove from heat.
- While the sushi rice is warm, gently fold in the vinegar mixture until evenly coated.
- Moisten your hands with water. Stuff each inari age with a generous amount of seasoned rice.
