- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup cookies and cream crumbles
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, whisk together flour and baking soda; set aside.
- In a separate bowl, cream together the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, then mix in vanilla.
- Gradually combine wet and dry ingredients; do not overmix.
- For the filling, blend cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth; fold in cookies and cream crumbles.
- Scoop cookie dough onto a lined baking sheet, place filling between two scoops of dough, and bake for 10-12 minutes until golden.
