- 8 oz softened cream cheese
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 3 tbsp honey (adjust to taste)
- 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 tsp agar-agar powder
Instructions
- Wash and slice the mixed fruits into bite-sized pieces.
- In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and Greek yogurt until smooth. Stir in honey and lemon juice to taste.
- Dissolve agar-agar in water over low heat according to package instructions, then mix it into the cream cheese mixture.
- Gently fold in the prepared fruits without mashing them.
- Transfer to a serving bowl or individual cups and chill for at least one hour before serving.
