- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 3 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup semi-sweet or dark chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a pie dish.
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, granulated sugar, and brown sugar.
- In another bowl, melt the butter. Allow to cool slightly before adding eggs and vanilla; whisk until smooth.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients; stir until just mixed. Fold in chocolate chips.
- Pour batter into the greased pie dish and smooth the top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until edges are set but center remains gooey. Let cool slightly before serving.
