- 2 cups fresh raspberries
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chunks
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp agar-agar powder
Instructions
- Wash and pat dry the raspberries. Reserve half for later.
- In a blender, puree the remaining raspberries with heavy cream and sweetened condensed milk until smooth but slightly chunky.
- Blend in vanilla extract.
- Dissolve agar-agar in 2 tbsp water over low heat; mix into the raspberry base until combined.
- Fold in chocolate chunks and reserved raspberries gently.
- Transfer to an airtight container and freeze for at least 4 hours or overnight.
