Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a baking dish with nonstick spray.
- Season chicken breasts generously with salt and pepper on both sides.
- In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, and oregano to create the vinaigrette.
- Arrange seasoned chicken in the baking dish; drizzle vinaigrette over the top and sprinkle with crumbled feta.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C). Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
