- Optional: 1-2 jalapeños (diced)
- 1 oz ranch seasoning mix
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy; crumble and set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, sour cream, and ranch seasoning until smooth.
- Fold in corn kernels, cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon, green onions, and jalapeños (if using).
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish; optionally sprinkle with extra cheese.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until the dip is hot and bubbly.
- Garnish with additional green onions and serve warm with chips or veggies.
