- 24 Mint Oreos, crushed
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tsp agar-agar powder
- 1/4 cup milk
Instructions
- Grease a springform pan.
- Combine crushed Mint Oreos with melted butter; press into the bottom of the pan to form the crust.
- Beat together cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add heavy cream, vanilla extract, and milk; mix until well combined.
- Dissolve agar-agar in water over medium heat and mix into the filling.
- Fold in additional crushed Oreos.
- Pour filling over the crust and refrigerate for at least four hours or overnight until set. Serve chilled.
