- 2 cups whole milk (480ml)
- ½ cup caramel sauce (120ml), for drizzling
- 1 cup Cool Whip or whipped topping (240ml)
Instructions
- Slice the ripe bananas into thin rounds.
- Crush the Biscoff cookies in a resealable bag using a rolling pin until medium-sized crumbs.
- In a bowl, whisk together the vanilla pudding mix and whole milk until smooth; let sit for 5 minutes to thicken.
- Gently fold in the Cool Whip until fully combined.
- In a glass dish or individual cups, layer crushed Biscoff cookies, sliced bananas, and pudding mixture until all ingredients are used.
- Drizzle with caramel sauce before serving chilled.
