- 4 oz creamy goat cheese
- 1 cup fresh blackberries
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 egg (for egg wash)
- 1 tsp water
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface and cut into rectangles (approximately 4 x 6 inches).
- Spread goat cheese down the center of each rectangle, then add blackberries and drizzle with honey.
- Fold each side over the filling to create a twist, pinching the ends to seal.
- Whisk egg and water together; brush over each twist for a golden finish.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until puffy and golden brown. Serve warm.
